Tom’s a copywriter, most days.
He’s also a creative, brand builder, sometimes strategist, definitely a scriptwriter, a bit of an art director, and the co-founder of a business called Skinny Jim – which involves working on all of the above and heaps more.
He’s done the big agency thing. Clocked some serious hours on the FCB table tennis table. Fibbed about his timesheets. Worked too many weekends. He has a few awards to prove it.
Tom’s also a big fan of changing things up.
As evidenced by his stint teaching English to Indonesian kids in 2020, or his role as Head of Creative at Pead PR in 2021, or his hair – which is either long or extremely short.
He’s currently freelancing (long hair) – busy making good honest work with good honest people. He works with agencies. He works with business owners. He works with mates. He works with a jumble of creatives he rates really highly.
It’s all working.
